Sempat menjadi perbincangan hangat di tengah masyarakat kabupaten bener meriah terkait realisasi pembagian jonder hibah oleh kementerian pertanian Republik Indonesia, diduga telah melakukan pungutan liar oleh oknum Anggota DPRK Dan oknum dinas pertanian bener meriah.
Ada 20 bantuan alat dan mesin pertanian yang mendapatkan bantuan dari kementrian pertanian, namun di tengah realisasinya di pungut biaya yang berpariasi.
Salah seorang ketua kelompok tani yang enggan di sebutkan namanya, mengatakan hal yang mengejutkan jagat dunia pertanian, “Iya, memang benar di kecamatan wih pesam ini ada 7 kelompok tani yang mendapatkan bantuan Jonder, hibah oleh kementerian pertanian.
Namun ketika penandatangan berita acara serah terima alat dan jenis bantuan tersebut, kami di tekankan oleh salah seorang yang bekerja di dinas pertanian, untuk menyetorkan uang tebus, katanya untuk biaya administrasi, sebut salah seorang ketua kelompok tani.
Besaran biaya tebus yang harus di berikan berpariasi, untuk kelompok tani di kecamatan wih pesam dan kecamatan bukit sendiri itu harus membayar biaya sebesar 50 – 60 juta per unit nya.
Diduga oknum anggota DPRK Dalam realisasi pembagian alat pertanian tersebut tidak bekerja sendiri. Namun ada oknum yang membackup nya.
Pungli adalah salah satu tindakan melawan hukum yang diatur dalam undang-undang nomor 31 tahun 1999 junto. Undang-undang nomor 22 tahun 2001 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi. Pungutan liar adalah termasuk tindakan korupsi dan merupakan kejahatan luar biasa (extra ordinary crime) yang harus diberantas.
