Kodim 0103/Aceh Utara, melaksanakan karya bakti pembersihan dan penanaman pohon, guna meminimalisir bencana banjir dan mencegah tersebarnya wabah penyakit, yang berlangsung di Desa Kuta Lhoksukon, Kecamatan Lhoksukon, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Jum’at (07/12/2023).
Dandim 0103/Aceh Utara a.n. Letkol Kav Makhyar, ST, MM, MH.I., mengatakan, kegiatan karya bakti TNI AD ini, juga dilakukan serentak diseluruh Kodim yang ada di Indonesia.
“kegiatan ini juga dalam rangka pembersihan lokasi rawan banjir dan penanaman pohon dalam rangka pencegahan wabah penyakit dan penanggulangam bencana alam”, Kata Dandim.
Dandim menambahkan, Adapun kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu Pembersihan selokan dan pembersihan pasar tradisional yang di mulai dari depan Kantor Koramil 08/Lhoksukon, hingga di kawasan Pasar tradisional Kota Lhoksukon.
“Kedepan kita akan menghadapi musim hujan, sehingga dengan kita membersihkan selokan – selokan dapat meminimalisir tersumbatnya air dan mengurangi resiko banjir”, jelas Dandim.
Dalam hal ini, Dandim 0103/Aceh Utara mengucapkan terimakasih kepada para stakeholder, yang terdiri dari Batalyon Kavaleri, jajaran Brimob Polda Aceh, Satpol PP, Dinas KLHK Kab. Aceh Utara, Dan siswa siswi Pramuka serta Masyarakat sekitar, sehingga kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar.
