Satuan Polisi Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) Polres Majalengka melakukan pengaturan arus lalu lintas di Jalan Kh.Abdul Halim depan kelenteng dan tempat tempat di setiap wilayah hukum Polres Majalengka, Selasa (28/1/2025) malam.
Kegiatan ini, menurut Kapolres Majalengka AKBP Indra Novianto melalui Kasatlantas AKP Rudi Sudaryono mengatakan untuk mencegah kemacetan menyambut Tahun Baru Imlek 2576.
“Kita hadir di tengah masyarakat untuk memperlancar arus lalulintas sehingga masyarakat bisa merasa aman dan nyaman saat berada di jalan atau saat berkendara,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, kata AKP Rudi, pihaknya melakukan kegiatan Blue Light Patrol di mana personel mengatur arus lalu lintas setiap jalan di wilayah hukum Polres Majalengka.
“Kita melakukan patroli di tempat-tempat yang diwaspadai untuk terjadinya kejahatan jalanan sasar aksi balap liar yang dilakukan para kawula muda,” tegasnya.
